Bio

Priscilla Arthus is an attorney and career coach who helps working moms go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed at work to building careers that support their life, so they can thrive at work and in motherhood.

Priscilla's unique approach has helped clients pivot into impactful careers and businesses that align with who they are, the type of life they want to lead, and the type of parent they want to be. Her clients include leaders at Fortune 500 companies, Am Law 100 law firms, as well as entrepreneurs.

Priscilla continues to practice law as a partner at a law firm in Houston. She has over a decade of experience as a finance, corporate, and trust and estates attorney at AmLaw 100 firms, as well as a CPA at Big 4 accounting firms. Priscilla was named an American Bar Association On The Rise Top 40 Lawyer in 2023, The National Black Lawyers Association’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2019 and has been named Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers Magazine four years in a row from 2021 - 2024. She is a graduate of University of Virginia School of Law.

After becoming a mom, Priscilla found herself overwhelmed by a profession that hindered the flexibility she needed to be present as a parent. Priscilla used the techniques she shares with her clients to create a career that gave her the flexibility she craved while increasing her pay.

Priscilla lives in Texas with her college-sweetheart-now-husband and two kids. When she's not leading deals or planning mommy-and-me excursions, you can find her traveling the globe or forcing her husband into dance classes.
