Dove has been on a #LoveYourCurls Campaign recently. I love their video noting how curly girls have been conditioned to dislike their curls and highlighting how we can change that! The product line featured is their new Dove Quench Absolute, claiming to improve curl moisture and to enhance definition up to 4X. In this review, I use the full line and we’ll see whether it lives up to its claims!
Being featured is probably the natural hair blogger’s highest form of flattery! So color me tickled, when Neno Natural decided to feature me. 😀 Neno Natural is no ordinary blog. Much like The Natural Hair Blog Directory, Neno Natural is a natural hair resource. Its Queen of Kinks, Curls, & Coils features page is a combination of features and a directory of bloggers by hair type AND location! Check out my feature here!
An update to both my cornrow pattern and how to make pre-braided crochet braids last longer than 4 weeks.
The third entry in the Things My Transitioning Hair Can Do Series. Another effective way to blend your relaxed ends in with your natural hair!

D’aller Naturel made its debut on May 1, 2014 from a simple natural hair and health journey documentation to a budding natural hair care, health and beauty resource (and everything in between!). I want to thank each and every one of you for your support, your insight and your encouragement over the last 7 months. Here’s a look back at some of your favorite posts of 2014!
Five months after I originally wrote this post and I still have not big chopped! Not because I’m afraid of it–I’ve long since gotten over that.
