Through the Looking Glass

Something old, something new. Something green, something blue.

There’s something to be said about distorted glass–whether it be a shattered, dusty mirror from the past or a modern non-translucent glass pane. It imports a simultaneous sense of mystery and adventure.

Today’s Catch-up Prompt: Incorporate glass in today’s image: a window, a mirror, a wine glass, sunglasses, or something else. It doesn’t matter what form the glass takes.

An ancient mirror near Jesus’s tomb in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem, Israel. I visited the church close to sundown on a Sabbath. In preparation for the Sabbath, the lights were being turned down, hence the greenish hue.
