Chuck full of good fats (believe it or not, the avocado is great for cardiovascular health) and this natural sweetener, this recipe calls for only 5 ingredients.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 slice of bread (any type will do)
- 1/2 avocado, seeded
- 1/2 tsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make:
- In a toaster, toast the bread.
- While the bread is toasting, scoop the avocado out of its skin into a small bowl. With a fork, mash the avocado (not until smooth, but with small chunks).
- Drizzle the honey over the avocado and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the slice of toast. Serve with a side of scrambled eggs and delicioso!
